Land Rover Repair: Cruise Control and Horn, cruise control, tire rotation

Hi.
I have a 2003 Land Rover Disco. S Series II
The horn is not working and the cruise control is not working. Do you have any ideas that might help and how much it might cost?
The car recently had an oil change / tire rotation / and the transfer case shaft resealed due to 3 of the 4 leaking.
My rover has approx 59,700 miles on it

Horn problems are most often the horns themselves.  Cruise problems are most often brake switches or cracked vacuum hoses.

The horn and cruise might each be 1-hour problems to solve, maybe a bit more.  Parts costs . . . horns under $100, cruise parts under $50
