Land Rover Repair: Defender 90, rovers north, shock absorbers

Hi John, I live in St. Lucia and own a Defender 110 TD5 (2006). Is there any modification to the suspension I can make to give it a smoother ride.

Land Rover sells various spring combinations for different load and road conditions.  If you are not carrying cargo or lots of passengers you could probably fit softer springs.  You can also fit the OME shock absorbers, which give a softer ride.  I'd suggest you phone Les at Rovers North, 802 879 0032 and discuss spring options with him.  He's very knowledgable about that and can ship whatever is needed to you
