Land Rover Repair: Rear air suspension and spring replacement, great reputation, old man emu springs

Question
So my rear sits all the way down. Ais bag problem I assume. The funny thing is that there are no warning lights lit up on my dash panel. I checked the fuses for the mechanism and they are fine. I pulled the fuse under the dash while the car was running to check it and the SLS light came on, but seeing as the fuse was fine, I replaced it and the light went off but the system still doesn't work. Is there an easy fix or is it screwed?
I am going to replace it with springs as soon as possible. Do you know what the length, width, rate and taper on stock '00 Disco II springs are? Also, if I am going to change the springs, I want to get some springs that will lower it in the back about an inch or so. I never off road it and I like the way it looks levelled out. What is the best way to go about that, and where is the cheapest place to find these?
Thanks a million Dennis. You rule.

Answer
The height will be affected by the spring you choose, and the weight in the back of the rover.  The best way to decide is to call the company you're buying your springs from and discuss your requirements with them.

The cheapest place is not always the one you want to go with.  Old Man Emu springs have a great reputation, you can get them through ARB in the states.
