Land Rover Repair: over heating, coolant level, fan clutch

My 99 discovery is over heating but only in traffic. When whe break frequently what can be the problem?

Answer
There are many possible causes . . . clogged radiator, low coolant level, failed fan clutch, failed electric fan.  I suggest you find a shop that can diagnose and fix this before your engine sustains damage.  Land Rovers do not tolerate overheating well.
