Land Rover Repair: Range Rover Passenger Mirror Replacement, passenger mirror, retaining clips

My glass is broken on my passenger mirror of my 2001 HSE. It doesnt seem to want to come out of the housing and I don't want to force it if not necessary. Am I missing something?

No your are not missing anything but the glass replacement is very tricky.Even I as a technician,end up breaking the retaining clips every time I need to replace one.You should bring it to the dealer to save yourself some unnecessary costs.
