how do i reset air ride on 2003 hse.

You'll have to take the vehicle to a dealer or specialist with a Autologic or T4 test system.  They can check for faults and see what's wrong.  If the suspension is flat, it does not need to be reset.  It needs to be repaired.  There's no way to access the system without the special test tools.
