QuestionI have recently installed the KDC-MP919 CD player in my car. It works as far as sound and button features. However there is no display. The face plate is blank, nada, zip, dead!!!!
I have tried to reset it, now I just cant get back to any good stations because I can't see the display. I have also taken the face plate out to see if that would do anything. Do you have any words of wisdom, or I'm I just stuck buying a new face plate or who new unit? What do you think could have been the cause of this malfunction?
Please help me, I'm frustrated and desperiate for an answer.

Answerthere are 4 small bulbs inside the face when one is bad they all turn off just like Christmas lights
you have to open the face and test all the bulbs and replace the bad one
or take the face to a electronic repair shop most likely they are going to ask for the radio also
