Land Rover Repair: 2002 frelander TC/HDC brakes/wipers, body control module, diagnostic work

Brake lights and wipers work when key is turned on to power them (but not turning on the engine). When the car is then started both do NOT work.  Also as soon as I start driving the TC and HDC lights stay on as amber.  Funny thing is that after a week - all started working while I was drving the car - this lasted for a few days, now the same problem has returned.  Very odd, any ideas?

Problems like that - things that come and go - can be very difficult to sort out.  Could be a body control module problem, a bad ignition switch, relay trouble . . . no way for me to know.

I'd prepare myself for some costly diagnostic work, though, I'm sorry to say

Take the truck to a dealer or someone with an autologic or t4 test system as they'll need that to sort it out
