Land Rover Repair: abs failure, wheel speed, steering wheel

Opon application of brakes,usually during a parking lot speed and turning the steering wheel,I get a hard brake with loud electronic buzzing sound from abs system. Is this a wheel speed sensor,or can it be the charge in the accumulator

That's the ABS system activating.  If it only happens in parking lots on sharp turns and braking, it's probably normal.  If it happens going straight, you may have some kind of sensor trouble, and you'll need a shop with a Land Rover test system - that can talk to the ABS - to figure it out.
