Land Rover Repair: heater matrix removal, steel bars, glove compartment

Hello John,

I recently found that the heater matrix was bad so i have been follow the process of removing the dash to access it. Now that i have gotten to the matrix. The steel bars from the glove compartment wont allow me to pull the heater matrix out all the way. Please help, how can i get this matrix out? Thanks

Go to www.landrovertechinfo.com and buy a day's access.  They have illustrated step by step instructions that show what you have to do.  It's more complex than I could explain here but their pictures make things pretty clear.  It's a big job.
