QuestionThanks for the help but is the testest u recommend just for suspension and if so what do u suggest about the engine problems

I recently bought a lr disco series 2 and the "3 amigos" are appearing and sometimes my rear suspension doesnt want to stay inflated and one morning I went to start it and it didnt seem to want to go later that evening i went to start it back and the rpm's would alter up and down and then die and now when u go to start it it fires up and dies and you can smell gas but no leak please HELLLLP ty

It sounds like you have three separate issues, and you could be looking at $1,000+ in repairs.
My best suggestion is to look at the "find a shop" section of the www.rangerovers.net web site, and see if you see a shop within driving distance with the T4, Autologic, or Rovacom test system. One of those testers, and a trained tech, will be needed to sort out your ABS and suspension issues.
AnswerMy suggestion was that you find a qualified shop to address all three concerns.
The only thing those three systems have in common is the battery, and you did not decribe trouble cranking over. So I'm not sure what to suggest you do at home.
There's not much you can do to troubleshoot today's computer controlled vehicles without proper test gear.
