Land Rover Repair: 2002 Land rover Disc, abs light, abs system

Hello,

I have 43000 k miles on this vehicle and have kept it serviced. For some reason the ABS light and the Traction control light and the downhill descent light will not go off after initial crank. What is going on here? Please help

You are going to need to find a dealer or an independent workshop with the T4, Autologic, or Ravacom test system to connect to the vehicle and see what's going on.  Only those specialized Land Rover test systems can talk to the ABS system.  FWIW, Land Rover refers to the ABS as SLABS in the workshop manual, and when yo have it disgnosed that's probably what you'll hear, too.
