Land Rover Repair: Disco overheating, john robison, land rovers

Hi, am sure you have probably covered this somewhere, but maybe you have an update on it. I own a disco Mk1 97Tdi, and have an overheating issue. Symptoms are engine running hot a/c cold, no internal heating at all? There is no problem on fluids/anti-freeze, recently serviced by experienced garage. I have no experience in this field, and would appreciate any advice on the causes and remedies.

You should be aware that I write articles for the Land Rover community constantly, and my articles are published by a number of the enthusiast magazines.  I have written several articles that go into much more detail on overheat situations than I can here.  I post reprints on my company's web site, and that's what I referred you to.  There are two articles on overheating there.
