Land Rover Repair: freelander driveshaft problem, landrover, gearbox

Question
Any advice on why passenger side driveshaft popping out when on full lock reverse, landrover said new gearbox ,fitted a new one on their advice, and the thing has come out again, bought new landrover part(driveshaft)when it came out the first time, they say nothing wrong with driveshaft, why does this keep happening?Any advice would be greatly received

Answer
You must have one of three problems . . .either the suspension is messed up and it's putting great strain on the axle when you turn the wheel, or the clips that retain the axle in the gearbox are broken, or the axle itself has a problem.

If it were in our shop I'd put it up on the lift and look carefully.  I can't tell you more without seeing it.
