Land Rover Repair: Bumber removal of Range Rover 2000, mounting brackets, foglamps

Question
I have removed the two screws to the side of the license plate and remove the two clamps at the side of the bumper. I tried pulling and lifting but the bumper does not budge. Can you give me help of what else I need to do.

Hello Jaime,
You seem to have done most of what you need to do to
be able to remove the front bumper cover on your vehicle. So I will list step by step the whole procedure just in case you missed something.
1.disconnect foglamps and breather hoses
2.release 2 clips securing bumper ends to mounting brackets.(make sure you loosen off the bolts securing the mounting brackets to the frame or you might damage the bumper)
3.Remove the 2 bolt access plugs from bumper cover
4Remove the 2 bolts
After all these steps are performed,you should be able to remove the bumper cover from the vehicle.
