Lexus Repair: squealing noise in ES 330, toyota repair, jp importz

I get a squealing noise when first starting up in the morning, any  idea what the  cause is, my car is going to need brakes the rotors look fine what is the life of rotors on a lexus

 I would need a little more details from you.  Is the noise coming from the engine bay? Front or rear wheels?  Brake pads on the ES330 would last up to 75k miles. Thank you. Usually the drivebelt squeal when first starting up due to moisture and the age of the belts.
