Land Rover Repair: code p0734 land rover 2001, engine management computer, position sensors

I was driving when suddenly this code came on with check engine light per scanner. what does this mean? my vehicle runs good. the code was cleared but after 300 miles it came back.

That code means there is a problem with the signal from one of your engine position sensors.  These sensors, located where the engine joins the transmission, provide vital information to the engine management computer.

I suggest you have this checked by a qualified Land Rover person because it could lead to a failure to start, and you'd be stranded
