Land Rover Repair: vibration, fan belt, deceleration

I am having a pretty bad vibration that I noticed first on low speed acceleration/deceleration..
In neutral, not moving at all just revving the motor slowly also produces the same symptom, only a bit worse.
I am baffled, not to mention discouraged. Can you shed any light? :)

So the vibration happens when you speed up the motor without even moving the car . .

Remove the fan belt and see if the noise goes away.  If it does, you have a broken fan or something failed in the belt driven accessories.
