99 Altima driver side wiper movable, passenger side locked and functioning.

got part, wiper transmission/linkage .  how do I remove/install it? Thanks.

Hi Stephen -

The linkage is accessed through the cowl under the windshield. Open the hood, and you should see a plastic screen. Under it is the linkage for the wipers. You will have to be patient as this is a very tight fit, and remember when you remove or replace the plastic bushings, the male side goes on the linkage first.
