Land Rover Repair: miss at start, vacuum problem, cap etc

Hi John
I hope you can help, I have a discovery 1995 model that I have owned since new and have had serviced regualy,160,000k on clock had all the usual trouble but this I cannot find, at startup a miss develops that disappears when car reaches normal running temp, changed plugs, leads, dis cap etc, runs on dual fuel lpg & petrol same on both so I don't think it,s fuel Can you help.

If you've changed the ignition components all I can suggest is a vacuum problem, perhaps a failed intake gasket, or a compression problem or sticky valve when cold.
