Land Rover Repair: 2001 disco alarm, t4 system, dash light

Hi. my disco 2 2001 alarm seems not to be working. The dash light flashes
rapidly to show its arming then more slowly to show its set.  but when i sit in it
and move the dash light goes off but the alarm doesn't sound, then the dash
light comes back on again as if its set. The window has been smashed and the
alarm did not go off. Any ideas, thanks a lot

Interior sensing may be disabled or broken on your vehicle.  You will need a workshop with the Autologic or the T4 system to communicate with the alarm controller. It has a configuration screen, and they can also test the individual pieces. They can tell if it's switched off, or not working.
