Land Rover Repair: Turn key got power but engine does nothing, fuse box, power steering pump

My father and i recent replaced the power steering pump on my 95 landy disco and the o-ring busted so i took the power steering pump off and we replaced the o-ring, then we go to turn it on and we got power but the engine does noting!!! we have power to the big fuse box near the battery under the hood and we have power to the big wire on the starter.

My specialty is the air suspension, I will try, but John Robinson can give you a much better answer.

Does the engine roll but not start, try to roll, or the starter doesn't even click?  Possibly the belt is on wrong and jamming the pulleys.  Re-check everything you did with the PS pump, the last thing you do is typically the thing that causes problems.
