Land Rover Repair: 2001 land over discovery airbag failure, colar bone, electrical pole

My car lost control to miss an animal. I fishtailed and caught a support wire for an electrical pole which caused my car to flip end over end, smashing the front then the back then to the front and then on it's left side. My airbag did not go off and the car is total pile of junk. I broke my colar bone smashed my left hand with punctures hit the side of my head black eye, brokeen blood vessel I can't work for over 6 weeks. I trouble seeing far away becaue I hit the side of my head. I was wearing my seatbelt.
None of the air bags went off I bought the car in April of 2006 with it's 140. inspection. please help me. this is wrong. what do I do ? the sheriff said the bags should have gone off, insurance company, the garage it's sitting at, everyone.
I'm lucky to be alive I just want justice.

As it happens, I am hired with some regularity as an expert witness in airbag cases.  I'm an authorized service agent for Robert Bosch, who designed the key components of the airbag system in the vehicle.

While I hear you that everyone thinks the bag should have gone off, you are describing the type of accident where airbags often do not deploy.  In an end-for-end roll it's not clear how anrbag deployment would have helped you because it would not have prevented you from being tossed around.

While it is possible your car has an airbag problem, I have seen a number of pretty severe rollover tpe crashes that had functional airbags and the deployment threshold was just not reached.

The only way to know what might have happened would be to hire a qualified expert to look at the car.  I'd guess you'd spend a minimum of $1-2,000 on that task, so you'd have to decide if it's worth pursuing.
