Land Rover Repair: one side hot?, heater element, heating element

Question
I have a 99 range rover.  The driver side will never get hot or regulate.  Do the servo motors just control a damper that lets hot air through and possible could be stuck shut.

Where would I get access to the driver side motors.   The book light is on also. Would this type of problem enable the book light to come on.

I heard you have to buy the motors in packs of three, do you know a discount parts supplier to purchase this?

one more question the drivers side heated seat does not come on fuse is good.How do you access heating element to replace it ?

Your problem sounds like blend door failure.  The blend doors are sold in sets of three, and extensive dashboard disassermbly is required to change them.  It's a 6-8 hour job for a skilled tech.

As to the seat heater, you remove the seat and remove the leathe rcover.  The heater element is inside.
