Land Rover Repair: 2003 Discovery w/ Navigation System, e mail address, radio panel

Just bought the truck and I love it....one problem...I cannot tune the radio!  The manuals that came with the truck all outline a radio that isn't in the truck.  What I have is a navigation unit.  The radio stations all seem to be pre-set, and I cannot figure out how to manually tune them.  Any ideas?

No problem just tell me what entertainment system have you got? The CARIN (with big screen) or the common Land- Rover audio-navi (the screen is in the radio panel and screen about 4x12 cm (Becker type).
