Dear Sir:

      I was able to find the 3 spark plugs located on the top of the engine, but I am having trouble locating the other 3 in order to change them.  I purchased a manual, but I can't find anywhere in the manual where it addresses the location of the 6 spark plugs.  Can you please advise.

Hello, I am guessing you have a ES300? The other three plugs are in the same spot but at the rear cylinder head. They are under the intake manifold. They can be tough to get at unless you have a great selection of tools and some experience.

Follow-up:  I'm sorry, I wanted to say that I have a 1999 Lexus RX 300, and I have been told that the plugs that I am looking for are on the other side of the engine behind the manifold.  Do you have a step by step method for removing these 3 spark plugs....without having to pull the engine ?  Thank you for you fast response.

The RX300 & ES300 are the same engine. As stated on our bio we are not giving step by step repair answers, but can answer questions about possible repairs and costs. I can tell you that it would be cheaper to pay the dealer to do it verses the time and money that you will spend for the tools needed.
