My front nearside window just slowley lowered itself this morning. is there any way i can manually close it?

Hi Malcolm,

I do not know of a manual way to raise the window.  You may have to remove the door speaker, inside handle and panel, carefully peel off the plastic vapour barrier then try to raise the window as it sits on the window frame base.  I don't know if this would work.

I did have one LR owner tell me that what he did was dismantle the console switches and swap the switches;  front driver's switch operates rear passenger window, et.al.

It worked for him to raise a stubborn window but its no garantee that it will work for you.  That's the terrible mystery of LR electronics.
