Land Rover Repair: reset engine light, small pin, footwell

I read an entry where you instructed somebody on how to reset the "Service Engine" light and referred to discoweb.org but that website is no long available.  Where else should I look?

Hi Evan,

yes, the original Discoweb site seems to be offline.  I am not sure why.   You can always check with the following sites for info:

There is a red module found in the footwell of our Disco.  Behind the LandRover label is a small pin hole that allows a mechanic to insert a pin to reset this light.  

Too bad the discoweb page is down.  It had far better instructions on how to locate this module AND it had colour pictures!
