Chrysler Repair: Green flashing light after fuse change, chrysler town and country, light situation

Question
1994 Chrysler Town and Country 3.8engine

After changeing a fuse to make the dash lights and gauges come on, the van will not start.  It turns over, but will not start.  A little green light comes on on the dash, but I can't find anything that tells me what that means.

The fuel pump was just changed yesterday and it ran fine after that until I changed the fuse.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Answer
Hi Sue,
Have you resolved the green flashing light situation? If not, let me mention that it is probably the light about the vehicle theft security system. I recently acquired a manual about that system which although it doesn't specifically speak to your particular van it does address the flashing green light in some other '93-4 vehicles. The "fix" appears to be to identify whether the theft module or the keyless entry module is defective and needs to be replaced, or if there is a short circuit that is allowing voltage from an extraneous source to get onto the wire that connects those two module called the alarm sense circuit. If you are still locked up let me know and I can give you specifics as to how to check or ask a dealer to determine which of the possibilities is the cause of the problem.
