Land Rover Repair: Service Engine Soon, range rover, mechanic

I own a 2000 Range Rover County. The Service Engine Soon doesn't go away. I took it to the dealership 4 times within three weeks. They changed battery, air intakes &etc. The light comes back two days later.

go back to your LR dealer and have them revisit this problem.  Clearly, it has not been resolved.  I could tell you how to reset the light BUT the fault code that triggered this would be erased.  You want the dealership to see the fault code.  It will be easier to track the problem down if the mechanic has a code to follow.

I'd go back to the dealer and insist they fix the problem.  Whatever you spent on your last repair did not fix the problem.  Make sure the dealership is not swapping in and out parts in order to increase the bill you have to pay.  INSIST that the problem be fixed FINALLY!
