Lexus Repair: lexus es 300, lexus es 300, fuse box

Question
Hello Mr.Jason.
I went to get a computer diagnostic due to the "check engine" light going off, and I received 2 codes: P1130 and P1135 (fuel air metering), however the men at the shop did not know the meaning of these codes, so I am hoping you can help me and tell me if it's the sensor and if it is, where is it located. I have another question having to do with the cooling and heating system of the car. When I raise the knob of the heat past the third division the fan under my glove compartment makes very loud noises, and I wanted to know what that was due to and how I can fix it. Thank you for your time and help, it is greatly appreciated.

Answer
Hello Vlad,
Bank 1 sensor 1 and Bank 2 sensor 1 are malfunctioning.  How long have you had the vehicle? Was it involve in an accident recently?  There is black plug by the fuse box and the CEL will trigger those code if this plug is left out.  Otherwise, I would take it an Independent shop for them to properly diagnost this problem.
