Question I replaced the fuel filter and the auto still acts like it isnt getting gas, wont turn over, just stays on the starter. any ideas?
AnswerThe engine won't turn over? If it won't turn over the starter, or the ring teeth are dead. AFA the fuel filter & fuel pump, not too common to go out on Toyota's.
Is there spark?
Do the fuel injectors open?
Is there fuel pressure at the fuel rail?
Is the ECU powered?
