Lexus Repair: rack and pinion replacement, factory service manuals, lexus 300

is it possible for me to replace the rack & pinion on lexus 300  I am very mechanically inclined.  If so can u describe repair

Not really any reason for that. The factory service manuals for the ES 300, and Camry are fairly prolifent online. Just read them, or get a haynes manual for your car (Whatever generation Camry your ES 300 corrisponds too).
If you have any particular questions about the process get back with me tho! Oh, make sure you bleed the fluid well & remember that if you have a 92-94, the powersteering fan is run by the powersteering system, so you need to watch the fluid level for a week, or two.
