Lexus Repair: 94 Lexus LS400, lexus ls400, check ups

Question
The car has been stalling when I either let up off the gas from highway driving or sitting at a light or stop sign. Recently it developed starting problems, shaking hard upon first ignition. After a minute or so, it settles down to normal smooth operation.I live in Florida so cold weather shouldn't be a problem. The car has 70k miles and has not had a tune up or other maintenance check ups. Is it time for a tune up?

Hello David, Keeping the car serviced by a quality Lexus technician is very important in keeping these machines reliable. I would say if you have not been doing this then getting the service up to date is the first thing that should be done. It may even correct your problem.
