Is it possible to install a rear view mirror with a compass into a 1996 Lincoln town car that has just the regular rear view mirror?

I love these kind because it makes me dig! They sell a kit to install the whole shooting match! I thought this was very cool. Part number F6AZ-17700-CA for $265. Includes everything you need, mirror, compass wiring... It's a very cool little kit.
