Lincoln/Mercury Repair: 1995 mercury cougar, mercury cougar, auto electrician

i recently purchased a cougar. and i have in countered a problem. the parking light are staying on constantly, the horn blows constatnly, and the interior light stay on constantly. the keyless entry key pad was on working but it does nothing now but light up. and the turn signals and the 4 way hazard light work when they want to. i can hit the sterring wheel and the turn siganls will start working but the stop after a while. i hope someone can help me with this.

I think I answered this earlier. But I strongly suggest you take it to an auto electrician. Probably something simple they may be aware of. There are no TSBs or recalls on this and no known issue that would be consistent with this car. Sorry I couldn't help more. Now, if it was at my shop...
