Lincoln/Mercury Repair: 99 Towncar a/c, front doors, doors windows

Question
the front doors windows get moisture from the a/c vents and the inside windshield fogs up when I shut the motor off and leave.  Is this the heater core going out?  It did pretty much the same thing about 3 or 4 months ago and I had the core replaced at the recommendation of the mechanic.

yes this is a bad heater core again . it should be yet under warnerty if you had it replaced 3 or 4 months ago bring it back to the shop who did it and tell them they should repair it free of charge . good luck to you and if you need more help let me know . allways willing to help pete
