can i use the master brake cylinder from any mazda model truck/car for my 1984 mazda rx7 1.1 engine?

no there built for that tpye of car the only way to use one from a different car would be to change the whole brake set-up. brake booster,mastercyclinder,stroke lenghts ext it's alot of work better off finding one for your make and modle or a cousin model
