Mazda Repair: Freeze Plub, mazda miata, freeze plug

I failed to mention that it is a 91 Mazda Miata that I am having the freeze plug problem with.  I asked where to find it on the block (passenger side) and how to replace it, without removing the exhaust manifold. Thanks.

normally you punch them through when your doing a rebuild it's not something you replace generally as a repair. you can drill into it and put it out but be careful that it doesn't drop into the engine. you'll have to remove anything that obstructs you for doing the repair.
