Mazda Repair: 1996Miata rear crossmember, rear crossmember, cross member

1996 Miata (new ot me) - The minimum amount of toe out I can get on the right rear is 1/2" and that is with 1 1/2 degree positive camber!  All the other corners set within specs.  I have check the rear control arms, bearing hub, bushings, and all the bolts.  All appear new and are good.  Using stringline, levels, and rules it appears that on the rear crossmember the lower rear bushing ear is bent in about 1/4" and up about 1/4".  Do I spend the time and money to replace the crossmember or find a good frame shop in Fort Worth and have it pulled?

Once a cross member mount point is jeopardized it is considered un-repairable  They are strong yet constructed of formed sheet steel.  It is not recommended to attempt a repair due stress and change in metallurgy.  It is not a safe practice and not one that will likely result in  correction of the problem anyhow.  

Changing a rear cross member is quote a task but, the correct approach.
