have replaced valve seals, smokes when cold outside not when

warm and after engines warms up,smokes for about 1 minute

that many miles alot of ppl wouldent really be bothered, doubt valve seals went bad, i would think it's time to re-ring it, but if you do' these cyl walls tend to out of round so make sure you a bore gage and check it  cause new rings wont last too long. if it was mine i would look to a junk yard motor with low miles or a reman engine. or if your looking for a cheap fix you can always drain the oil, add aprox 2 qts of oil, qt of trans fluid and 1 qt of marvel mystery oil, depending how froze up the oil rings are it may help'  let it idle for about an hr, cool down and do it again. good luck
