Mazda Repair: Stalling Problem 1997 B2300, engine cranks, dealer ford

Question
Greetings: Found a similar question asked about the engine
dying....on my '97 B2300 I have a stalling problem. The problem
is worse when it is cold, but it is intermittent and happens
sometimes when it is warm. The stalling issue happens when
you come to a stop. Then the engine cranks - but it is not a
"normal" cranking sound. I have had the vehicle to a dealer
(Ford) and they changed out most of the sensors and the
computer. All codes were removed, but the problem persists.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Rob

Answer
Hi Rob thanks for asking,
when there is a problem when the check engine light comes on, if that part is replaced and the codes are erased, but there still is a problem when the code comes back up and the engine acts the same then there is an electrical problem in that circuit, possible a broken or corroded wire. there where common for breaking just before the wire goes into the PCM.
Good Luck
