Mazda Repair: Car Skipping really bad!!! 96 Millenia, bp gas, mazda dealer

I had put BP gas in my car, and I put another brand a couple days later.  Before the other gas my car was driving fine. After, the car started to skip really really bad. I couldn't drive it because it couldn't get any gas. Every time I pressed on the gas pedal when I am driving it would skip bad or turn off. It also makes a popping sound when it skips bad. I don't know if it is the fuel injectors or water in the tank. I have tried gas treatments and even something thats for water in the tank. nothing has worked. What is the best way to get my car running smoothly with out spending alot of money?

Hi Kiesha. Its hard to determain what kind of problem you are having without seeing the vehicle myself. There are hundrends of things that can cause that kind of driveabilitly problem. But usualy when you start hearing a Pooping noise that could meen that the timing belt had jumped. If that happens the valves are not opening at the right time. And you are hearing the ower stroke witht he exaust valve slightly open. I would take the vehicle to a Mazda dealer for a further diagnostic check.
