Mercedes Benz repair: right rear window 190 e, window regulators, special tools

My daughter this morning grabbed the window as it was going up now it won't go all the way up(2 inches open) is this something I can fix?

Most likely it is not something you can fix. The reason is due to the fact that there are a couple special tools required in order to r/r the window regulators and window motors. I would recommend you take the vehicle to a certified MB technician who can perform the repair very quickly.
