Mercedes Benz repair: 1982 300D vacuum pump rebuild, brake pumps, vacuum pump

Question
I have had loss of vacumm boost with multiple brake pumps. vacuum seems to pull goodpressure with gauge and I decided to rebuild pump with kit, arm is ok just got kit, gasket, and check valve. Do you know where to locate a diagram of the pump I assume if I can carefully disassemble the pump I can reassemble it but I can screw that all up with one drop.
