Mercedes Benz repair: hard cold starting 1989 mercedes benz 300e, mercedes benz 300e, fuel pressure regulator

it takes 4 to 5 times.(cranking enjine and or pressing gas pedal) to get car to start when it catches it will idle very low until it warms up (usually 3 minutes)when car is warm it runs lovely and will start easily.also abs light is on.if i dont let car warm up it has no power.can you please quide me in a direction. love your site.
