Mine is from 1953, and I want to know where these shields are available, where I can buy one.
Is it necessary to use the aluminium spacers.
The needed longer exhaust manifold studs can also be bought where?

AnswerHi Harry. I can supply a heatshield for your TD. It is made from 0.9mm thickness stainless steel and laser cut. Yes, you need the aluminium spacers, which I also supply. The manifold studs are 10x1.5mm metric, which you should be able to source in Holland. I prefer to use 2 studs and 2 bolts. Send me your details via the T Register website www.tregister.org.
