MG Car Repair: MGA ride height, ground clearance, measurements

Hi Howard,

a simple question.  What is the ride height, or ground clearance, of a 1957 MGA?

Sorry Dan, I worked in several MG dealerships over the years of the MG, but never seen the ride height quoted, nor ground clearance. It is not adjustable so all you can do is replace the springs if it seems to be low. I do remember measuring right to left when one side seemed down but I don't remember the measurements. I looked in all my books and could not find a quote on it.
