MG Car Repair: clutch, clutch release, rover 214si

i think my clutch is starting to go,only noticed it the last week or so,any idea how long it will take to gocompletely,i only use it a couple of times a week,its a rover 214si 1995,65,000mls on clock.if it does need replacing,how much do you recon it will cost me.?

Hi Brian,
There is no way anyone can tell you how long your clutch is going to last. First you need to find a Rover specialist in your area to check it out because it can be the clutch release system and not the clutch.

I have no experience with Rovers so I can not give you any prices on the many different repairs of clutches or the release system. Plus the prices here (in TN, USA) would most likely be different anyway.
