Military Vehicle Repair: cold weather starting, winter temps, cucv

I just recently bought a 86 cucv w/34,000 on it.  The question that I have is about cold weather starting.  I live in central Pa, and the winter temps here gets pretty cold.  I have several diesel trucks with my company and they all have the plugs on them for block and oil heaters.  I couldn't find one on this unit to plug in.  Is there a such thing on these blazers or do they not need one.  The temps around here could reach -20, I live near a ski lodge.

I grew up in Smethport ...around the Bradford area, and some time around Eldred.
